Reground and Regroup

Where can you go to reground and regroup? Bringing our awareness back to the present moment is one of the greatest gifts our mind and breath can give us. This re-grounding is a vital tool to help us initiate a positive response when we are in Fight, Flight or Freeze.

One hand on the heart and one hand on the low belly- breathing with eyes closed- feeling the rise and fall of the belly and bringing our awareness to our breath focusing on the inhalations and exhalations brings us to an inner resource where we can find a calm state of being. This is an opportunity to come out of anxiety, worries and concerns.

Mindfulness: observation without judgement. Tuning in to our hearts deepest desires in life and keeping our mind and body in a balanced state on a cellular level is a practice not a perfect! Being in a sense of well-being in the body and mind is our divine right. We are first a spiritual being in a human experience.

Tune in and upward to re-ground. Santosha! Contentment.
