When you think about what it means to be vibrant, the first thing that might come to mind is energy. Energy that animates and propels you through the day! Energy is more than just a perk of health. It's fundamental to life.

Having free-flowing energy that is accessible to you whenever you need it is possible! You just need to clear the debris from your energy fountain. Less stress= more energy.

Energy crutches are things you do to give yourself more energy but that, ironically, cause energy depletion because they stress the body through overstimulation, releasing cortisol.

If you're using any of the six energy crutches some are okay (though not ideal) but not if you need them to function.

  1. Caffeine 2. Sugar 3.Refined Carbs 4. Nicotine 5. Stimulants 6. Alcohol.

Instead of using energy crutches use three of my favorite energy boosters. Walking, 20-minute Catnap, Yoga.
